2023: Appeared in 11 games as a true freshman, making six starts (four at catcher, one at first base and one at designated hitter)…Launched a home run while scoring five runs with three RBI’s in 25 at-bats, drawing five walks while being hit by a pitch three times…Reached base safely three times (two walks, one hit by pitch) while crossing the plate twice with an RBI on March 8 against Toledo…Drove in a pair of runs with his first collegiate round-tripper on May 20 at Illinois…Recorded a career-best 11 putouts in the aforementioned March 8 outing against Toledo.
BEFORE UTM: Prepped at Edina High School under head coach Tom Nevers…Was ranked as the fifth-best catcher and 36th overall prospect in the state of Minnesota by Perfect Game for his class…Hailed as a Perfect Game Preseason All-American heading into his senior campaign.
