UT Martin held a 4-1 edge after the first quarter (partner stunts) against Central Arkansas and expanded that lead to 7-3 at the halftime break, outscoring the Bears 3-2 in the second quarter (pyramids and tosses).
The Skyhawks led by a 10-3 margin after tacking on three more points in the third quarter (jumps and tumbling). The victory was then capped off by a dominant effort in the fourth and final quarter (team routine) – putting up 10 points on the scoreboard to Central Arkansas' three.
