MARTIN, Tenn. – The University of Tennessee at Martin men's basketball team crosses the final Ohio Valley Conference opponent off its list when it travels to take on the Southeast Missouri Redhawks on Thursday, Feb. 13. Tipoff time from the Show Me Center is set for 7:15 p.m..

Southeast Missouri is the only OVC squad that the Skyhawks (7-16, 3-9 OVC) have not faced so far during the 2019-20 campaign. UT Martin will take on the Redhawks twice in the span of 16 days, also hosting Southeast Missouri in the regular season finale.

These two teams split last year as each squad won by single digits on its own home floor. The Skyhawks led by 12 points with a little over five minutes to go in regulation before the Redhawks stormed back for a 74-69 overtime win in Cape Girardeau during the opening week of the OVC schedule. UT Martin exacted revenge with an 81-72 triumph at the Elam Center on Feb. 14, leading by as many as 25 points while holding the advantage for 39:42 of clock time.

Four different Skyhawks averaged double figures in the scoring column last week as UT Martin split against Tennessee Tech (won 74-62) and Jacksonville State (lost 75-61). Parker Stewart enjoyed his best all-around week as a Skyhawk with 16.0 points, 6.5 rebounds and 7.5 assists per game while Quintin Dove (14.5 points per game), Derek Hawthorne, Jr. (14.5) and Miles Thomas (11.0) were also frequent contributors to the UT Martin offense.

Southeast Missouri (5-20, 1-11 OVC) won its first OVC contest of the season last Thursday, snapping a 10-game skid with a 76-72 triumph over Jacksonville State. Two days later, the Redhawks never led before narrowly falling 62-60 to Tennessee Tech.
