Kallie Pickens enters her first season as an assistant coach for UT Martin heading into the 2024 seasons, working primarily with the Skyhawk position players.
Pickens joins the Skyhawks after a strong playing career at UT Martin from 2019-23, including earning All-OVC second team honors in 2022. She started for all five years of her Skyhawk career while posting a .294 batting average with 36 doubles, four home runs, 17 home runs and 90 RBIs. During her all-conference season as a junior, she raked 16 doubles which ranked second in program single-season history.
The Jackson, Tenn. native graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing from UT Martin in May of 2022 before later acquiring a master’s in business administration from UT Martin in December of 2023.
