Bio
2021: Was one of the team’s best bullpen arms, making 13 relief appearances…Posted a 3.09 ERA and a team-best 12.34 strikeouts-per-nine-innings ratio (16 punchouts in 11.2 frames)…Earned the victory in the backend of the March 28 doubleheader at Grambling State, tossing 1.1 no-hit innings…Did not concede an earned run in nine different outings, including four consecutive appearances to begin the season…Went more than an inning twice, including a season-high 2.1 frames in the backend of the May 15 doubleheader against Tennessee Tech…Whiffed a season-best three batters in that Tennessee Tech appearance while also striking out the side in the victory at No. 22 Alabama on Feb. 24…Held the opposition to a meager .125 batting average (2-for-16) with two outs and a .233 batting average (7-of-30) with runners aboard the basepaths.
