Mollie Thrasher (maiden name Stroup) is in her fourth season as an administrative assistant on the University of Tennessee at Martin rodeo staff in 2025-26.
Thrasher began her Skyhawk career as a student-athlete from 2018-22 under head coach John Luthi. Competing in barrel racing, she took part in four rodeos over her career, three of which came during her senior campaign.
A Cape Girardeau, Mo. native, Thrasher graduated from UT Martin in 2022 with a degree in interdisciplinary studies. She is married to Chase Thrasher, who is also a Skyhawk rodeo alum and is currently the program's head coach.
