Jemima Potter joins the University of Tennessee at Martin volleyball program as its director of operations for the 2019 campaign.
In her role, Potter organizes team travel, schedules practice facilities at both home and away events, oversees daily video editing and statistical needs, assists in arranging official and unofficial visits, coordinates summer camps and community service projects, assists with conference film exchange, oversees the student-athlete study table, assists with practice and gameday operations and assists with budget development and equipment/apparel orders. In addition, she is also the liaison with the marketing department and is the director of the team's social media content.
Potter was a four-year student-athlete in tennis at UT Martin, competing under head coach Dennis Taylor from 2015-19. The Northampton, England native compiled 112 career victories, helping lead the Skyhawks to a share of the Ohio Valley Conference regular season championship during her freshman season (2015-16).
A four-time OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll recipient during her student-athlete career, Potter graduated with a degree in health and human performance from UT Martin in 2019.
