UT Martin Slotted 10th In Final National Collegiate Equestrian Association Poll Of Regular Season

WACO, Texas – The University of Tennessee at Martin is ranked No. 10 in the last set of National Collegiate Equestrian Association top-10 rankings for the 2024-25 campaign, the organization announced this afternoon.
The Skyhawks have now been ranked in 41 consecutive sets of NCEA rankings, extending their own school record in that category. UT Martin has appeared in each national top-10 poll since March 7, 2023.
Only two spots changed from last week's poll as Auburn and SMU kept its co-No. 1 ranking. TCU stayed at No. 3 while No. 4 Texas A&M and No. 5 Oklahoma State flipped positions. No. 6 Georgia, No. 7 South Carolina, No. 8 Fresno State, No. 9 Baylor and the No. 10 Skyhawks completed today's rankings.
In 12 meets this season, UT Martin has tallied 36 wins in reining, 30 victories in flat, 29 triumphs in horsemanship and 24 wins in fences. The Skyhawks have also recorded 27 total MOP's (nine reining, seven horsemanship, seven flat, four fences).
UT Martin has been gearing up for the Eastern College Athletic Conference Championship tournament since its last meet 10 days ago. The Skyhawks were recently assigned the No. 1 seed in the three-day, five-team event that will be held at the Ned McWherter Agricultural Complex on the UT Martin campus from March 27-29.
