Kayla Lombardo is in her second season as a graduate assistant for the UT Martin rodeo program, also spending time as a volunteer assistant during the 2017-18 season.
Lombardo spent three seasons as a student-athlete at UT Martin, competing in breakaway roping anf goat tying events. In 2017-18, she ranked eighth in the Ozark Region with 260 points in goat tying while also placing 12th in the region with 185 points in breakaway roping.
Prior to UT Martin, Lombardo spent two seasons at Vernon College in Vernon, Texas.
A native of Marshville, NC, Lombardo graduated from UT Martin with a degree in marketing and is attending graduate school at UT Martin.
