2021: Played in one game for the Skyhawks on the offensive line…Saw action against Eastern Illinois (Oct. 16)…Named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll in both the fall and spring semesters.
BEFORE UTM: Boyd joins the Skyhawks from Hinds Community College where he played two seasons for head coach Larry Williams...In 2020, Boyd proved to be a staple on the offensive line while being part of two Hinds teams to have won a combined 10 games and consistently be ranked in the top 10 nationally in the NJCAA...He was rewarded for his strong play by being named to the All-MACCC second team after the team averaged 443.8 yards of total offense per game...He was also named to the NJCAA All-Academic first team.
PERSONAL: Majoring in criminal justice.
