2024-25: Took part in all 12 matches with a 567.6 smallbore average, a 587.1 air rifle average and a 1154.7 aggregate average...Shot a career high 578 in smallbore at the Gamecock Invitational (Nov. 23)...Against Memphis (Nov. 22) set new career marks in air rifle at 592 and aggregate at 1166, the 592 in air rifle was the 10th best score in program history.
2023-24: Capped off a phenomenal debut campaign with an Ohio Valley Conference All-Newcomer mention in air rifle…Took part in all 11 matches in air rifle (season scoring average of 574) while competing 10 times in smallbore (season scoring average of 554)…Set a career-high of 589 points in air rifle on Nov. 17 at Jacksonville State…Career-best score of 574 in smallbore came against Georgia Southern on Jan. 14…Racked up a season-high 1,161 aggregate points in the aforementioned Nov. 17 Jacksonville State matchup, adding 572 smallbore points to her career-best air rifle tally…Earned a spot on the Collegiate Rifle Coaches Association Scholastic All-American list…Was named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters…Was named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
Before UTM: Graduated from Pritchett High School…Joined the National Training Center Shooting Club based out of Colorado Springs, Colo. in January 2023, participating in various matches and practices…Took part in a pair of preliminary tryouts (565.7 in the second relay of 60 air rifle standings in February, 537.4 in 60 air rifle standing in January) as well as the Junior Olympics (525 in first relay of 60 air rifle standing) in February...Also took part in 21 matches at the state, district and county levels from 2016 through 2022.
Personal: Born on Jan. 21, 2005...Daughter of Jerrod and Saundera Summers...Has two siblings, Trevin and Trace...Majoring in business marketing.
