Charlie Reznikoff Joins UT Martin Men’s Hoops Staff As Assistant Coach

MARTIN, Tenn. – Charlie Reznikoff is the latest to join the University of Tennessee at Martin men's basketball staff as he will serve as an assistant coach for the upcoming 2026-27 season.
Reznikoff comes to the Skyhawks after one season as an assistant under head coach Matt Streich at Southwestern University, located in Georgetown, Texas. The Pirates were the third-most improved team in all of the NCAA Division III ranks in 2025-26, increasing their win total by 11 victories from the previous season. Southwestern advanced to the Southern Athletic Association Championship semifinals after winning its first conference tournament game since 2015.
Reznikoff coached a pair of All-SAA performers last season in Shobby Enakpene (second team) and Aedan Lewis (honorable mention). Enakpene ranked fifth in the conference with 17.2 points per contest (improving his scoring average by 9.3 points per game from 2024-25) while Lewis ranked second in the SAA with a .527 field goal percentage and averaged 17.6 points with 6.7 rebounds per outing in league play after coming off the bench the previous season.
In 2024-25, Reznikoff was an assistant and was the lead on-court player development coach on Chris Ehmer's staff at Sarah Lawrence College, an NCAA Division III institution located in Bronxville, NY. The Gryphons established school records for victories (18-9 record) and Skyline Conference wins (13-3 mark) while topping the league in rebounding (41.8 per game), offensive rebounding (14.4 per outing) and rebounding margin (+6.1).
Eamon Kelly secured All-Skyline accolades under Reznikoff's tutelage in 2024-25, averaging 14.5 points, 5.7 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.2 steals per game while shooting 35.5 percent (60-of-169) from three-point land and 82.6 percent (57-for-69) from the free throw line.
Reznikoff additionally has coached as an assistant alongside Streich on the Maccabi USA U18 squad since 2024. The team represented the United States in the Jewish Olympic Games, the second-largest Olympic event in the world which takes place every four years. Reznikoff also coached the Middlesex Magic AAU program from 2017-20, winning the Massachusetts state tournament championship in 2019. He also served as an assistant coach at Northside College Prep in Chicago, Ill. during the 2019-20 season.

In his playing career, Reznikoff suited up for the Hapoel Eilat, Maccabi Kiryat Motzkin and Hapoel Beertuvia organizations from 2020-24 in the Israeli Premier League. His best season came in 2023 when he averaged 13.9 points and 9.8 rebounds per outing as team captain on Hapoel Beertuvia, guiding the squad to a 24-win campaign and runner-up finish in Liga Alef.
Following a first-team all-conference prep career at the Marvelwood School in Kent, Conn., Reznikoff served as team captain for his final two collegiate seasons under head coaches Randy Rogers and Steve Kollar at Concordia University of Chicago, an NCAA Division III institution. The Wilton, Conn. native graduated from Concordia-Chicago with a degree in sociology in 2020 before obtaining his Master's degree in sports leadership from Northeastern University in 2024.
