
Registration Now Open For Skyhawk Invitational Golf Tournament

MARTIN, Tenn. – The University of Tennessee at Martin golf program and Skyhawk Club have joined forces to host the inaugural Skyhawk Invitational Golf Tournament on Saturday, July 26 at Persimmon Hills Golf Course in Sharon, Tenn. This exciting new event is made possible by the generous support of ATA CPA's & Advisors and Security Bank & Trust Company, as tournament title sponsors.
The event format is a three-person scramble with prizes going to first, second and third places in three flights (determined post-play). Payouts based on a full field include $2,000 for first place, $1,000 for second place and $500 for third in each of the three flights.
The entry fee for the event is $600 per team and is limited to the first 42 paid teams. Hole sponsorships are also available for $100. The tournament will begin with an 11 a.m. shotgun start.
In addition to the new tournament format, a dinner and Calcutta Auction will be held on the evening of Friday, July 25 in the Champions Club of Hardy Graham Stadium. A ribeye steak dinner will be provided by Blue Oak Oyster Bar and Grill beginning at 6:30 p.m., followed by the Calcutta Auction at 8:00 p.m. presented by the Martin Made Collective, Inc. Tickets are available for the Friday night dinner and Calcutta Auction only for $40 per person.
