LIVE “SKYHAWK SPORTS TALK” PODCAST PRESENTED BY ZAXBY’S SET FOR MONDAYS ON WUTM 90.3 FM

MARTIN, Tenn. – The University of Tennessee at Martin department of athletics is excited to announce the launch of its new "Skyhawk Sports Talk" radio show and podcast, presented by Zaxby's.
The show will debut next Monday, Aug. 28 on location at Zaxby's restaurant at 161 Commons Drive in Martin from noon to 1 p.m. The show is open to the public and will be broadcast live on WUTM 90.3 FM "The Hawk" while episodes will also be archived on UTMSports.com in a video podcast format.
"Skyhawk Sports Talk" will provide the most complete in-depth coverage of all Skyhawk athletic teams, including live weekly interviews with coaches and student-athletes. Hosts Chris Brinkley and Davis Gregory will discuss the latest happenings of all things related to UT Martin Athletics.
"We are in times of unprecedented sports success at UT Martin and everyone involved has a remarkable story to tell," associate athletic director for external operations Ryan Menley said. "Our communications staff does an incredible job of sharing our stories from the sports information and creative content side. 'Skyhawk Sports Talk' will add a key element to our digital presence, while simultaneously allowing us to hold a weekly lunchtime community gathering with our UT Martin family and friends who can join us in person or listening in on WUTM."
The first edition of the "Skyhawk Sports Talk" show will feature a live interview with head football coach Jason Simpson, head volleyball coach Jaclynn Wilson and head soccer coach Mike Varga. All in-season coaches and various student-athletes will take part in the podcast during the fall, winter and spring portions of the academic year.
