BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Tonight's series opener for the University of Tennessee at Martin and Samford baseball squads has been washed out. The two teams will now play a 2 p.m. doubleheader tomorrow featuring a pair of 7-inning games.
Steady rain in the Birmingham area throughout the day caused the schedule change this afternoon. The series finale on Sunday, March 19 is still set for 1 p.m.
