
UT MARTIN FOOTBALL REMAINS RANKED IN BOTH NATIONAL TOP 25 POLLS

MARTIN, Tenn. – The University of Tennessee at Martin enters Ohio Valley Conference play ranked in both national polls for the fourth straight week. The Skyhawks enter its Week 4 matchup ranked No. 18 in the weekly Stats Perform FCS Top 25 poll while sitting No. 19 in the AFCA FCS Coaches' Top 25.
The Skyhawks dropped slightly in both polls after falling to Football Bowl Subdivision foe Boise State on Saturday by a final margin of 30-7.
UT Martin ranks in the top-25 in nine different team categories and 16 individual categories. The squad sits amongst the nation's top 10 teams in blocked kicks allowed (0, first), blocked punts allowed (0, first), blocked kicks (two, fourth) and sacks allowed (1, fifth).
Individually, Zak Wallace ranks in the top-10 nationally in rushing touchdowns (4, sixth) while Colton Dowell ranks in receptions per game (7.3, seventh) and receiving yards per game (104.0, 10th). Meanwhile, Tyler Larco ranks ninth nationally with 45.2 yards per punt.
