Tah Mac Bright Banda Earns Rookie Minicamp Invite From Saints

MARTIN, Tenn. – University of Tennessee at Martin linebacker Tah Mac Bright Banda has been invited to Rookie Minicamp with the New Orleans Saints following the conclusion of the 2026 NFL Draft.
A Houston, Texas native, Banda was a 2025 OVC-Big South second team selection and Phil Steele all-conference pick after his lone season in a Skyhawk uniform. Following previous stops at Lamar and Incarnate Word, the linebacker compiled 66 total tackles – including 18 solo stops – while notching 4.5 tackles for loss totaling 17 yards. Along with his 1.5 sacks on the season, he tallied five or more tackles in nine contests while recording a season-high eight tackles against both Missouri State and Charleston Southern. He also recorded four pass breakups while posting an interception against Southern Illinois.
The Saints will hold their Rookie Minicamp on May 8-9 at the Ochsner Sports Performance Center in Metairie, Louisiana.
