KEVIN MCMILLAN RECOGNIZED AS WBCA VICTORY CLUB HONOREE FOR 200TH WIN

ATLANTA, Ga. – The Women's Basketball Coaches Association has recognized University of Tennessee at Martin women's basketball head coach Kevin McMillan as a 2020 WBCA Victory Club honoree for his 200th career victory earlier this season.
The WBCA Victory Club honor is bestowed annually on each WBCA-member head coach who achieves a milestone of 200, 300, 400, 500 or more career victories during the current season on the level of competition at which they currently coach. Victories recorded at differing levels of competition cannot be combined.
With a win against Lipscomb on Dec. 16, 2019, McMillan posted his 200th career victory. McMillan became the first basketball coach in UT Martin history (men's or women's) to accomplish the milestone. He now joins Larry Joe Inman (545), Dave Loos (420), Bill Worrell (408), Cal Luther (319) and E.A. Diddle (296) as Ohio Valley Conference head coaches to record 200 or more career victories.
Through 11 seasons at UT Martin, McMillan has posted a career mark of 218-135 (61.7 percent) while going 143-43 (76.9 percent) in OVC play. During his tenure, the Skyhawks have won six OVC championship, four OVC Tournament championships and earned berths into the postseason eight times.
