2019-20: Emerged as a starter midway through Ohio Valley Conference play, starting in eight consecutive games from Jan. 25 through Feb. 20…Played in 26 games as a true freshman, averaging 3.0 points and 1.2 assists while logging 15.7 minutes per contest…Led the team with a .393 three-point field goal percentage (11-for-28) while sinking 12 of his 14 attempts from the free throw line (85.7 percent)…Cracked double-digits in the scoring column on four different occasions, including three times in a four-game span from Jan. 25 through Feb. 6…Best game came in his first career start in the OVC road triumph at SIUE on Jan. 25, when he dialed up a career-best 16 points on a perfect shooting day (5-for-5 including 3-of-3 from three-point range, 3-for-3 from the free throw line)…Set career-highs in minutes played (44) and assists (six) in the win against Eastern Illinois on Feb. 15…Tallied career-highs with five rebounds and two steals at Southeast Missouri on Feb. 13...Was named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll for the spring semester.
BEFORE UTM: Won the 2019 Tennessee Class A "Mr. Basketball" award after a remarkable run at Peabody High School…Averaged 22.7 points, 5.4 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 2.2 steals per game while helping the Golden Tide to a 27-7 record, a district championship and a Class A sectionals appearance during his senior campaign…Playing for head coach Wes Miller, he was the first "Mr. Basketball" Winner from Peabody since 2005 while also claiming Jackson Sun All-West Tennessee Boy's Basketball Player of the Year honors…Earned All-USA Tennessee Boys second team all-state, first team all-state accolades and was the unanimous District 14A MVP…Scored over 30 points on seven different occasions, going off for 36 points in the Milan Christmas tournament championship game against Dyer County to bring his three-game tournament total up to 91 points…Scored 1,775 career points, including 1,378 over his final two seasons in a PHS uniform as the Golden Tide posted a 50-16 record in that two-year stretch…Averaged 20 points per game during his junior season, pacing the Golden Tide to their first 20-win campaign since 2005.
