Titus Earns Second Straight OVC Goalkeeper of the Week Honor

BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – For the second time in as many weeks and the third time this season, Mac Titus of the University of Tennessee at Martin soccer team has been named the Ohio Valley Conference Goalkeeper of the Week, the league announced Tuesday.
Titus made six saves in UT Martin's draw at Southern Indiana to open OVC play last week and earned her fourth shutout of the season. Tuesday's award marks the seventh time in her Skyhawk career Titus has earned the weekly goalkeeper accolade.
The fifth-year native of Chelsea, Alabama, is one of four Division I goalkeepers who lead the nation with 1,080 minutes played between the posts. Titus also leads the OVC in both goals against average (0.75) and save percentage (85.0).
On Sunday, Titus and the Skyhawks return home to Skyhawk Soccer Field to host Lindenwood in OVC action at 6 p.m.
