UTM vs. LR: Series Tied 5-5
- After a tight first quarter, the Syhawks kicked it into overdrive and put on a clinic in Thursday night's 78-54 win over Southeast Missouri. The win gave the Skyhawks the season sweep over the Redhawks and pushes their record to 9-1 over the last 10 meeting with SEMO.
 - A major factor in the win was UT Martin's ability to limit their own turnovers while forcing excessive turnovers from the Skyhawks. UT Martin committed just 11 turnovers in the game, while Southeast Missouri committed 24.
 - Another key for the Skyhawks was their performance at the free throw line, where they went one shy of a perfect game, going 25-for-26 on the night. Kenley McCarn led the charge at the line by going 6-for-6, while six other Skyhawks were also perfect on the night from the charity stripe.
 - Kenley McCarn led all scorers in the game with 23 points, while Shae Littleford and Anaya Brown followed with 14 and 13, respectively. Lexi Rubel led the Skyhawks on the glass with nine, while Shae Littleford added six steals to the cause.
 - With her third point of the night Thursday, Anaya Brown became the 18th member of the UT Martin Women's basketball 1,000-point club. She is now just one of three Skyhawks all-time, along with Chelsey Perry and Mary Kate Long, to score 1,000 points, pull down 500 rebounds and tally 100 blocks in their career.
 - Little Rock posted a 67-60 win over Tennessee State at home Thursday to move to 10-10 on the season and 8-3 in OVC play. The Trojans are currently averaging 613.9 points per game on 39.7-percent shooting, while their opponents are averaging 66.6 points per game with a field goal percentage of 42.6-percent. Faith Lee leads Little Rock in scoring with 16.0 points per game, while Emerald Parker leads on the glass with 6.6 rebounds per game.
 - After Little Rock posted a 66-61 victory over UT Martin at the Elam Center on Jan. 2, the all-time series between the Skyhawks and Trojans is tied at five games each. Little Rock leads the series in Little Rock at 2-1, while also leading the series since joining the OVC at 4-2.
 - With seven made 3-pointers against Southeast Missouri, UT Martin has now made at least one 3-pointer in 503 consecutive games. The current streak dates back to Feb. 3, 2009, against Austin Peay and currently, ranks seventh nationally.
