
UT MARTIN WOMEN’S HOOPS OPENS FOUR-GAME ROAD TRIP WITH MATCHUP AT MIZZOU

The University of Tennessee at Martin women's basketball team hits the road for the first time this season when traveling to Southeastern Conference foe Missouri on Thursday, Nov. 17. Tipoff from Mizzou Arena is scheduled for 7 p.m. and will be broadcast on SEC Network+/ESPN+.
The Skyhawks (1-1) picked up their first win of the season in Monday's matchup against Arkansas State. UT Martin overcame a 10-point second half deficit by closing out the contest on a 23-2 run before ultimately posting a 73-54 victory.
UT Martin features three players who are averaging in double figures. Reigning OVC Player and Freshman of the Week Kenley McCarn leads the way for the Skyhawks with 25.0 points per game along with 3.5 assists and 1.5 blocks. Meanwhile Preseason All-OVC performers Paige Pipkin (18.5 ppg, 5.0 rpg) and Shae Littleford (13.5 ppg, 5.5 asp, 5.0 rpg) also rank amongst the team's top offensive contributors.
Missouri (4-0) is a veteran squad which has started the season with four consecutive wins. The Tigers averaged 69.5 points per game while boasting an average margin of victory of 23.0 points.
