Four-time OVC Player of the Week Chelsey Perry paced the Skyhawks with 22 points and eight rebounds while Tamiah Stanford tallied a career-high with 20 points off the bench. As a whole, four different Skyhawks scored in double figures in the contest as Perry and Stanford were joined by Maddie Waldrop (18 points, eight rebounds) and Dasia Young (10 points).
Belmont (8-6, 3-0 OVC) is tied atop the league standings with UT Martin after home wins over SIUE, Eastern Illinois and a road matchup at Southeast Missouri.
