UT MARTIN APPEARS AT NO. 10 ON NCEA FARNAM TOP-10 TEAM RANKINGS LIST FOR FOURTH CONSECUTIVE WEEK

MARTIN, Tenn. – For the fourth straight week and sixth time this season, the University of Tennessee at Martin is ranked No. 10 in the National Collegiate Equestrian Association Farnam team poll.
The Skyhawks held on to their place in the rankings this week despite being idle since Oct. 11. UT Martin will look to carry its national rank into next week's fall finale at No. 5 South Carolina on Nov. 15.
Today's announcement marks the second time this week that the Skyhawks have received national recognition as yesterday junior Devon Woods earned Eastern College Athletic Conference Rider of the Month honors in horsemanship for October.
UT Martin boasts 25 individual wins and seven MOP honorees in 2019-20, tallying a 2-2 overall record. The Skyhawks have found the most success in horsemanship (nine wins), followed by reining (seven), flat (six) and fences (three). UT Martin has displayed a balanced MOP attack, earning top individual performances in each event (two horsemanship, two reining, two flat, one fences).
Auburn came in at No. 1 in today's poll and was followed by No. 2 Georgia, No. 3 Oklahoma State, No. 4 Texas A&M, No. 5 South Carolina, No. 6 TCU, No. 7 Fresno State, No. 8 Baylor, No. 9 SMU and No. 10 UT Martin.
