2024: Made five starts at setter, seeing playing time in 16 matches overall (44 sets)…Handed out 174 assists while tallying 59 digs, four kills and three service aces (all coming in Ohio Valley Conference play with the exception of one assist)…Distributed a career-best 24 assists in an Oct. 22 home sweep over OVC rival Southern Indiana…Followed that with her first career double-double (17 assists, career-high 11 digs) at Western Illinois on Oct. 25…Narrowly missed double-doubles in back-to-back matches against Lindenwood (13 assists, nine digs on Oct. 18, 22 assists, eight digs on Oct. 19)…Was named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters...Was named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
2023: Played in 13 sets spread out over seven matches before her season was cut short by an injury…Accumulated 11 assists and five digs…Set season-highs with six assists and three digs in two sets at OVC rival Lindenwood on Sept. 29…Was named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters...Earned an OVC Medal of Honor for a perfect 4.0 Grade Point Average and was also named to the OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll.
2022: Played in 14 matches (33 sets) before suffering a season-ending injury at the end of October…Accounted for 79 assists, 25 digs, four kills and one service ace…Distributed double-digit assists in a 6-2 offense in three straight matches from Sept. 2-3, including season-bests of 14 assists and nine digs in the sweep over Western Illinois on Sept. 2…Landed her first career service ace and added 13 assists in the Sept. 2 sweep of Alabama A&M...Was named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters.

BEFORE UTM: Played under head coach Molly Tetleton at Halls High School, tallying 2,143 assists, 538 digs, 269 service aces, 160 kills and 27 blocks over her first three seasons as a Tiger...Halls generated 96 victories in Haislip's high school career, as she helped lead the Tigers to a TSSAA Class A state tournament berth in four consecutive seasons (2017-20) during that span...That run included a pair of postseason victories in 2019, which were the first wins at the state tournament level in school history...Was named to the Tennessee Sports Writers Association Class A all-state squad as a senior...The Tigers claimed four consecutive Region 7A and District 13A championships, dropping only one district game during Haislip's tenure...Was named to the All-Region squad multiple times during her prep career, including after a junior season when she divvied out 1,002 assists (8.1 per set), 237 digs, 115 service aces and 88 kills.
