Before UT Martin: Stanford joins the Skyhawks after a brief one-year stay at Motlow State where she played under head coach Bart Walker and helped lead the team to its best season in school history, advancing to the national tournament and finishing with a 27-6 record…Stanford played in 33 games for the Lady Bucks, averaging 9.5 points, 6.7 assists, 4.8 rebounds and 2.7 steals per game…She led the NJCAA with 220 assists while ranking 14th nationally with a 2.7 assist to turnover ratio…Her best offensive game of the season came on back-to-back nights where she scored 20 points against Jackson State and 19 points against Walters State…She tallied five double-doubles…Her best game came against Southwest Tennessee where she flirted with a triple-double with 17 points, 13 assists, nine rebounds and four steals…She tallied 23 games with five or more assists, including seven games over double figures and a pair of 13-assist performances…Notched 23 multi-steal games.
