Dawson Moncrief is in his second season as strength coach for the UT Martin baseball program in 2022.
Moncrief is familiar with the Skyhawk baseball program, as he played under head coach Ryan Jenkins during the 2019-20 seasons. The catcher transferred to UT Martin from Wallace Community College Selma in Alabama, where he appeared in 41 career games while playing for head coach Frank Elliot.
Hailing from Prattville, Ala., Moncrief was a four-time All-Metro selection at Autauga Academy, helping the squad to runner-up finishes in 2012, 2015 and 2016.
Moncrief earned his degree in health and human performance from UT Martin in 2020 and is currently pursuing his Master's degree in teaching.
