Aidan Panni enters his first season as an assistant coach at UT Martin since joining the staff in the spring of 2022, serving as a special teams assistant.
Prior to joining UT Martin, Panni served as a graduate assistant and tight ends assistant at West Texas A&M during the 2021 season.
Panni previously spent time as a special teams quality control coach at Gardner-Webb during the COVID-19 abbreviated 2020-21 campaign.
The Birchwood, Tenn. native played collegiately at Tennessee Tech where he was a long snapper from 2016-19. During that time he saw his lone action in 2019 as a senior against Austin Peay. Before that he had a standout prep career at Ooltewah High School where he won three Region 4-5A/District 5-AAA championship in 2013, 2014 and 2015.
Panni graduated from Tennessee Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in secondary education in 2019.
