UTM Equine Partner Program
Help us raise funds by becoming a UTM Equine Partner. Your sponsorship increases UTM Equestrian’s capacity to provide the best care possible to our team horses and enhance the student-athlete experience.
Your generosity allows UTM Equestrian to continue our successful program. Due to the increasingly high cost of feed, hoof, veterinary, and emergency care, we are asking for your support. The cost of care for each horse varies widely. On average it costs approximately $250 or more per month to provide basic care for each horse. Our herd size fluctuates between 36-40 head and includes everything from small quarter horses to large warmbloods of varying ages.
Our Equine Partnership program can be a monthly or annual donation in honor of a specific horse (“your” horse). Just like the herd, our sponsorship levels vary. You may sponsor any horse at any level or any amount you choose. If the actual costs of care for your horse are less than the sponsorship amount, we will apply any remaining fund(s) to the costs of care for other horses. No donation is too small, every dollar counts.
All sponsorship funds donated in honor of your chosen UTM horse will be pooled in our general horse care fund. If “your” horse retires you can choose another UTM horse to be your honoree. Sponsorship payments are tax deductible.
