Skyhawks Produce 32 Ohio Valley Conference Academic Medal Of Honor Awards

BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – The University of Tennessee at Martin collected 32 Ohio Valley Conference Academic Medal of Honor winners during the 2025-26 academic season, the league announced today.
The 32 Skyhawk OVC Academic Medal of Honor recipients rank as the second-most in school history, trailing only last season's total of 35. Overall, UT Martin has boasted 479 OVC Academic Medal of Honor winners since joining the league in 1992 as this award is presented annually to student-athletes who earn a flawless 4.0 GPA in a Conference-sponsored sport.
A total of 13 different Skyhawk athletic programs placed at least one member on this year's OVC Academic Medal of Honor list, which included a record 368 selections. The UT Martin softball team's eight honorees were a departmental high while the Skyhawk soccer squad produced six winners. The UT Martin men's basketball and golf programs each tied for the most winners in the league amongst their respective sports.
On an individual basis, Maren Cain (soccer) and Alaina Gordon (women's track and field) each brought home their third career OVC Academic Medal of Honor. Kennedy Brown (softball), Keagan Enicks (men's cross country/track and field), Ashtyn Green (softball), Anna Østergaard Ibsen (soccer), Tommy Koch (baseball), Reagan McGee (beach volleyball), Caroline Moore (soccer), Addie Roberts (softball), Dylan Scott (softball), David Stukey (men's cross country/track and field), Dylan Sulcer (volleyball/beach volleyball) and Drew Williams (golf) also received their second OVC Academic Medal of Honor.
Today's announcement marks the first of three OVC academic announcements from last season as the league will unveil its Commissioner's Honor Roll winners on Monday, Aug. 10 and its Team Academic Achievement Award honorees on Tuesday, Aug. 11.
