BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – The Ohio Valley Conference has set its basketball dates for the upcoming season as 20 league contests occupy the University of Tennessee at Martin women's and men's schedules in 2025-26.
Each of the 11 OVC squads will play a home-and-home series in a true round-robin format. This year's league schedule runs from Dec. 6 through Feb. 28 before the 2026 OVC Championship tournament will take place on March 4-7 at the Ford Center in Evansville, Ind. for the ninth straight year.
Road visits to in-state rivals Tennessee State (Dec. 18) and Tennessee Tech (Dec. 20) kick off the Skyhawks' league slate. UT Martin's home OVC opener is set for New Year's Day as Western Illinois makes a trip to the Kathleen and Tom Elam Center. Two days later, the Skyhawks host Eastern Illinois before heading back on the road for matchups at Morehead State (Jan. 8) and Southern Indiana (Jan. 10).
Next up for UT Martin are back-to-back home outings against SIUE (Jan. 15) and Lindenwood (Jan. 17). A rare Tuesday contest follows when the Skyhawks head to Southeast Missouri on Jan. 20.
After a Jan. 24 home matchup against Little Rock, UT Martin closes out the month of January with road outings at Eastern Illinois (Jan. 29) and Western Illinois (Jan. 31).
Five of the Skyhawks' final eight OVC games are at home, starting with contests against Southern Indiana (Feb. 5) and Morehead State (Feb. 7). UT Martin travels to Lindenwood on Feb. 12 and SIUE on Feb. 14 before a Tuesday home tilt against Southeast Missouri (Feb. 17).
The final road game of the season is set for Feb. 19 at Little Rock before the final week of the regular season features home matchups against Tennessee Tech (Feb. 26) and Tennessee State (Feb. 28).
All conference games and home nonconference contests can be seen on ESPN networks, with a majority of games broadcast on ESPN+. Additional linear exposures on ESPNU and ESPN2 will be announced at a later date.
