Larry Shanks

Shanks was also co-captain of UTM's 1967 Tangerine Bowl and Atlantic Coast Championship team. Shanks played tailback and gained more than 2,000 yards, leading UTM in rushing both his junior and senior seasons.
In 1982, Shanks answered a call to return to his alma mater as an assistant coach and defensive coordinator with the football program.
