UT MARTIN EQUESTRIAN ADDS A TRIO OF IN-STATE PRODUCTS

MARTIN, Tenn. – Three incoming freshmen from the Volunteer State have joined the University of Tennessee at Martin equestrian team, as Gwen Bracey, Emily Holder and Johnie Parker will suit up for the Skyhawks in 2016-17.
Bracey, who hails from Goodlettsville, compiled multiple top-five finishes during her career. She prepped at Aaron Academy in Hendersonville.
A native of Gallatin, Holder attended Station Camp High School. She was the Tennessee State 4-H Western All-Around champion three times and was reserve All-Around twice. She claimed multiple championships in showmanship, horsemanship, reining and trail.
Parker, from Powell, has trained for the last year at Sonny Brooke Stables in Knoxville. She was a reserve high point champion in the Saddle Seat division of 4-H in 2010. She attended Powell High School.
